Terms of Service

These terms govern access to Fig, the hosted MCP service for SEO and answer engine intelligence.

1. Agreement

By accessing Fig, connecting an agent, or using a Fig tool, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you use Fig for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

2. The service

Fig provides a hosted MCP connection and tools that return SEO and answer engine intelligence from third party data providers. Fig is not a search engine, legal adviser, marketing agency, or guarantee of ranking, traffic, visibility, or business results. Results can be incomplete, delayed, estimated, or changed by the underlying provider.

3. Authentication and agent use

  • You are responsible for choosing an agent and authorizing it to use Fig.
  • You must use an email address you control and must not impersonate another person.
  • You are responsible for the prompts, domains, keywords, and other inputs submitted through your agent.
  • You must protect access to the agent and any client configuration that can use your Fig connection.

4. Credits and payment

Fig uses prepaid credits for paid tool usage. Current pricing, minimums, and operation estimates are shown in the service and documentation. Prices may change prospectively. Payments are processed by Stripe and may include applicable taxes. Unless required by law or expressly stated at checkout, prepaid credits are non refundable and may not be transferred or resold.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Fig to:

  • break the law, violate another person's rights, or infringe intellectual property;
  • probe, scan, disrupt, overload, or bypass limits or security controls;
  • submit malicious code, credentials, payment data, or sensitive personal information that Fig does not need;
  • resell, sublicense, or expose Fig access as a competing service without written permission; or
  • interfere with another user's access or use automated traffic that is abusive or deceptive.

6. Third party services

Fig depends on services including Google, GitHub, Stripe, Vercel, Convex, and data providers. Those services have their own terms and availability. Fig is not responsible for a third party's independent service, content, pricing, or policy.

7. Ownership

Fig and its software, branding, documentation, and original content belong to Fig or its licensors. These terms grant you a limited, revocable right to use the service for its intended purpose. You retain rights to inputs you provide, subject to the permissions needed for Fig to process them.

8. Availability and disclaimers

Fig is provided on an as available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fig disclaims warranties of uninterrupted service, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement. Do not make an important business, financial, or compliance decision from a Fig result without independent review.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fig and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost profit damages arising from your use of the service. Fig's total liability for a claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid Fig for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate abuse, comply with law, address nonpayment, or respond to a material breach. You may stop using Fig at any time. Provisions concerning payment, ownership, disclaimers, liability, and disputes continue after termination where their nature requires it.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as Fig changes. We will update the date above and provide reasonable notice for material changes. Questions and legal notices may be sent to support@figaeo.com.
